Elise is a tough trainer and she pushed me to my limits, but she did it in a way that motivated me to give my best. I think this is a key skill in a trainer. I always looked forward to my workouts with Elise!
Before I began working with Elise I was in a routine of four workouts a week which did not offer me enough challenge or variety and tended to concentrate on my upper body. With Elise, I had a full body workout which accelerated the benefits of my regular workouts. This resulted in weight loss, toning, and strength.
Elise's health programs greatly expanded my exercise library and introduced new, exciting exercises with variations to old routines. My custom designed programs would take me to a higher fitness level than I had experienced. I am now able to train at a higher heart rate, increased endurance and had increased flexibility.
For over a year I worked with Elise to embed positive fitness habits into my life. Elise was knowledgeable, flexible, and tremendously positive at every step of the way. She worked to understand my goals, created customized plans to help me reach them, and provided insight and information to make me more effective when not working with her. Great experience.
Elise has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well being not just my muscles. Our sessions were always hard work but always with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated.When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realizing it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible.
I am happy to report that I have increased my energy and feel better about myself. Elise is always thinking of your needs and keeping you on track towards your accomplishment. She helps motivate you to reach your goals in life.
